Partition Suit filing location

We have two disputed properties at location A and Location B, We are 2 brothers, my younger brothers owns property at A and I own at B, My brother is claiming share in B because I didn't transfer the property in my name and still the property is on my father's name (Parents died intestate), Property at A is on my youngers brother's name.

Verbal agreement was done by our parents that the partition has been done and we brothers own each property respectively.

Location B property price sky rocketed in recent past and out of know where and my younger brother wants the share in B, and denying my share in location A.

Threatening me to surrender 50% share in B, and don't include property A as it was in his name. As the property B is still my my father's name I have no clue what to do. this is total breach of trust my brother's end.

fact..
1. Parents died intestate, and both the properties are funded by our father.

Query..
1) How to to get justice?
2) Where to file the partition suit? location A or at location B?

Justice is never got but is invariably bought.

wherever the property is situated you can file a partition suit.
