Partnership Act, 1932

Sir, is it necessary to registered any retirement deed under the Partnership Act, 1932 ? Can u please give me reference regarding under the mentioned Act ?

Please clarify whether the Partnership Firm is a Registered one?

Yes, it is registered one.

If the Firm is a registered one, then you have to go to the Collector/SDMs (Registrar of Firms) office where it was registered, and make application for amendments in Annexure-A, due to retirement of a partner.  If that is properly done, it will be enough.
