Ours is an unregistered Partnership firm that we have recently opened. If we wish to include one more partner into it what are the formalities? Do we need to inform all the authorities like PAN, IEC etc regarding the change?

Dear Friend,
Since, your partnership firm is not registered yet; you need not follow those formalities. You need to amend your internal deed, if any, to that effect. However, as a legal expert I would suggest you to have your firm registered, it helps in difficult times.
