Party-in-person

hai,

if the accused want to proceed party in person in a 498a case in the place of the existing advocate, whether NOC is to be taken from the existing advocate?

is there any specific format of NOC ?

Yes, You can go for that for yourself. Is there no othe member of your family in 498a case?

For other members of the family you have to keep one advocate.
