Party-in-person aplication format with option to appoint/drop/appeal if rejected by committee?

There are new guidelines for appearing as party-in-person in karnataka high court. Essentially there is a party-in-person committee which can not permit you to appear as party in person.

The sample party-in-person application format provided binds you to accept an advocate of their choice.

Can we instead choose to either drop writ petition/ appoint advocate of our choice/ appeal against decision of committee? Something like:

" However, if permission is not granted by Court Party-in-Person committee I will chose to either drop the writ petition or appoint an advocate or appeal against the decision"

p.s: Isnt appearing as party-in-person a  fundamental right  that cannot be revoked?

You are right, it is neither compulsory nor mandatory to engage a lawyer.

Seek evidentary proof and assail it before Supreme Court.
