I have lost a passport which is already cancelled by passport office and has no valid visa stamped on it. I have lost it now. But I have the current valid passport with me . Am I required to carry the old cancelled passport? FIR/ Intimation to police for lost cancelled passport is required ?

m. reema ji you passport is lost means lost forever. better intimate loss to police station. now it is deemed to be expired or cancelled in the eye of law as it can never be used by any one on account of you having a new passport. prakash chandra jain advocate indore. free legai aid to needy.-09826779759
