My passport expired some 10-12 years back. I am now married for 3 months and want to apply for passport.
Since i have an old expired passport, what should be my steps?
1 Apply for name change in affadavit
2 After receiving the gazette, apply for passport in annexure D
3 Then procure ARN?
Please guide me if this isn't the right way
