hii im having my community,nativity and date of birth certificate issued by the mandal revenue officer and my date of birth is 27/12/1989.While applyng passport we need to produce date of birth certificate issued by the municipal authority or the registrar of births and deaths if we were born after 26/01/1989.Now im having communtiy nativity and date of birth certificate issued by mandal revenue officer(tahsildhar) which was verified by RI.Is it applicable for applying passport under that issue of date of birth by registrar of date of births.I m from vijayawada,andhrapradesh
