Passport application with initials in all my government and tenth documents

I have my name as I S S N S Saran Rithik in all my documents and now when I want to apply for a passport i need to give the fullform

I have the fullform of my name but only in my birth certificate but in my regional language Telugu

Can I apply for passport using my birth certificate or is there any other way that I can proceed with my application process

Hi Rithik, I'm Adv Niharika and here is my take on your query.

You can go ahead with the passport procedure, based on your birth certificate.

However I will suggest you to take that on affidavit, in order to avoid any uncalled for trouble in the future.

By the means of affidavit, you will be clearly stating it on record that your birth certificate had this particular name, which resonates with the name on the passport application (despite the fact that you had not been using the birth certificate name any where else, like your class X or XII marksheets).
