I am about to renew my old passport (which is about to expire). I updated my name in gazette about a year back (H.Ramanshankar to H.Raman). But, I want to renew the passport in my old
name only. Is it OK to renew my passport with my old name and not declare the
name change at all?
Pls advice! Am I obliged to declare name change OR is it under my purview whether to declare the name
change or not?
