How should I answer the following question during the passport renewal?
Q: Are any criminal proceedings pending against applicant in any court in India? If so, please give details.
My situation: I am acquitted in 498a case. Ex-wife filed appeal in sessions court challenging acquittal. I am contesting her appeal.
