Hi Experts
My Paternal Grandmother has NSC certificates worth 1Lakh which is matured now. She was expired 4 years back. She has given my Father name as the nominee. My father was expired 6 years back. Can you please let me know what do i need to do to claim that money. Do i need to apply for the legal heir or succession certificate? How much the cost will be?

U need to apply for legal heir certificate from court. For fee consult local lawyer.
