Dear Experts,
I am planning to buy a property( residential land). The issue is the owner has only patta for the property in her name, there is no parent document for this property as this is grama natham and they are enjoying this property for past 40years. The owner has 3 daughters who are married. Also she showed me the documents of property tax for the past 20 years and patta certificate which is in her name.
Kindly guide whether this property can be bought and if so what are the proceedures to be followed.
