Pay protection in proper chanel posting to othr deprt.

sir , i am in cetral govt applied throgh prper chenel to other one cetral govt department.while in apll processing ,i was GP 4200/- and applied to same GP 4200/- of other cent.dept. BUT now i promoted to GP 4600/-in my mother dept.. In this category , if i will leave my mother dept and join in new org..what will my GP will continue and what type of pay protection i will get . further i wish to inform that the new org. have 01 yr. probational period. thank u sir.

Did you apply against an open advertisement? Or is your transfer under any other scheme? Normally you will get the pay mentioned in the appointment offer. If your new appointment is under any scheme offering pay protection you may get depending on the terms for such protection. Anyway if you have been promoted in the present department you can decline the transfer.

If it is a new appointment under a new employer but with in the governmental organisation, you may seek pay protection on the basis of current emoluments drawn by you including the present escalation in the parent organisation. You may refer to the service conditions and pay protection rules of the new organisation and decide further course before switching over to the new employment.
