i am running a small placement office and charge from the cadidates after job on first salary. Inform them about our charges to them before sending them for interview in written paper form with their photo & signature. Issue generate when they receive their salary after one month gap, they refused to pay or pay only part payment or delay longer with unnecessary reasons but continue stay on job.
If we request to company to get involve in that, they said do it on yourself.
we the option we have to clear our due payments from the candidate & can company where they place could solve this in legal matter.
