I am running a small business of Housekeeping in Gujarat, the Bonus which we take from our client, has to be paid to the workers who work in their premises.
But I need to understand such bonus is to be paid when?...means daily at the end of the month in their salary or quarterly or yearly.. ??
Is there any compliance statement to be generated when bonus is paid, as we do while paying PF and ESIC?..If yes, then from where can I get that information?
Please guide me asap as I am in a dilemma.
