- Can an organization in lieu of providing training / education and placing a candidate can legally require the candidate to pay x % of her salary for a year / or several months if she is placed in a job
- What legal redressal is available if she does not comply with the agreement
Context: We are considering starting a vocational training institute where the candidate will not have to pay up initially. It is only after successful placement that the candidate can pay. But we wonder on what protection do we have from the law in case the candidate does not fulfil her part of the agreement
