Payment of pending dues

Dear Seniors,

I would like to know if company existence is been closed through liquidation then who is responsible for paying the full & final settlements of employees who are still working in the company like their Salaries, PF and Gratuity. Is it the responsibility of the old management or the banks for clearing the dues of employees.

As there are almost 50 employees working in our company and management is not providing proper information to its employees regarding closing of the company due to liquidation and most of employees are eligible for PF & Gratuity who are now in a dilemma whether there will be getting their benefits or not as management is not signing any PF claims or processing employees gratuity claims due to which employees have to suffer huge financial loss.

Regards,

Suresh

Immediately give notice to the company by all the employess if possible and if they dont take any steps to refund the PF file suit immediatley before the consent court, If you want I am ready to send notice on behalf of you and other employees
