I have a property in Ahmedabad (house / bunglow) my family doesn't want to give me anything, but ia have some legal help and force them to nagotiate into compensating me but they want me to sign pedinama before it . they will they will compensate me for 5 lacs,. But they are just giving me 1 lac for signing and they say there are multiple sign required for pedinama and throughout those signs they will pay me installment
Should i trust them or renegotiate the terms.
Is there any way can they scam me into signing all the docs and not give me money
