I have filed a case for divorce against my wife in Mumbai Family court. She is in Ahmedabad.
She is not coming to Mumbai Family court at all. Three dates had passed and I was expecting that I wud get ex-parte order. But the judge did not ex-parte in the third date since he was getting transferred.
New judge came on the fourth date, and asked me to appear on fifth date with some affidavit.
I had already filed one affidavit before the third date.
Please let me know will I get an ex-parte in the fifth date? Is my case going ahead correctly?
I am very upset, please help.
