One of my friends was working in MNC- BPO Orgn. |
He joined the Orgn in June 2012. Usually the Orgn use to pay the bonus in next March 2012 for the previous year from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012.To the best of my Knowledge I think he is eligible for the Bonus on proportionate basis as per Bonus Act irrespective of his performance. When he checked with his Process Manager and HR Manager regarding Bonus, they told due to lacking of performance is not eligible for the bonus for that FY 2012.
Can anyone help me? Whether, Is he eligible for the Bonus? So that I can support him in getting the Bonus.
