Permanent alimony

Husband has filed for a divorce few years back. I have been contesting his case .i did not get any relief under my dvact case towards the shraedhousehold as i never moved an application for this.i have been living on rent as husband has mentioned on oath that he is willing to pay my accomodation expenses till the cases continue. but now i am willing to divorce him. Can anyone please tell how will the court decide my alimony ? Matrimonial home is ancestral property and husband has a share in it as his father has not disowned him but as a tactic husband is staying on rent.he is earning 3-4 lakhs per month. If i ask the court to secure a permanent accomodation for me for the rest of my life & if husband refuses to provide by saying that he doesn't have a capacity etc.. in that case will the court allow me to stay in a portion of the matrimonial home for the rest of my life ? Matrimonial home has 3 floors.. how will the court secure a roof for me ? Please advice
