Permanent alimony

Dear all lawyers,

After Permanent Alimony to wife  and after 4-5 years she finish that money and further she did not re-marry.

Can she again ask for maintenance from her husband under change of circumstances? How can husband escape from this. Is there any legal way in MoU , by putting past,future,present alimony given has any value?

1. Yes she can under "change of circumstances".
2. Many HC's have allowed such oppening up of closed Divorce cases
3. Way outs are only two;
- Fix her during your divorce with a new bakra.
- Daily pray to Lord Hanuman the fact remains in dreams and not turn into nightmare during your second innings.

It means best way is prove innocent in 498a or prove her cruelty.

In case , 99% chance I will win, husband proved her cruelty , as per law she is not entitled to get any alimony or maintenacne.  Need help.
