Permanent Injunction is a judicial order by which a person is perpetually enjoined from assertion of a right or doing of an act contrary to the rights of the plaintiff. It may also take shape of mandatory permanent injunction where the order mandates a person to do something what his obligation requires him to do.

It being an equitable relief is granted on three tests primarily :-

1) Prima Facie Case

2) Balance of Convinience

3) Irreperable Injury.

If you tell us the facts - we might be better equipped to answer.
