Permanent permission for non-agriculture plots

Hello sir,

I have one plot for which i had taken temporary NA permission in past and i should have renewed it at that time but i forgot to renew it(make it permanent NA).

Can you please guide me :

1.what will be the procedure now to take permanent NA permission ?

2. what will be the required documents?

3.What is fee for it?

Site is located at "karjat, Dist-Ahmednagar, State: Maharashtra."

There no provision as temp.NA in MLRC.The order may be lapsed due to non use of land for construction within one year.Whatever may be it can be restored. Pl send the scanned copy of NA order.

Thanks a lot for your help.Indeed there was not any problem in NA, i donot know why they told me this thing.

Just one more question:

Is it necessary to have collector NA for plot OR NA from tahsildar is sufficient?

Tahashildar is authorized for issuing NA order for lands nearby small villages.The delegation of power depends upon district administration.Once the tahashidar issued the NA order no need of modifying it.
