I approached Municipal corporation town Planning section in my city for permission of extension construction at my house along with duly filled in application form and copies of plan drawn by a licensed architect but the town planning assistant commissioner(city planning) is refusing to receive my document saying verbally that the document is incomplete but my architect says it is complete and even if it is incomplete as per their version they should receive my documents and cite their objections on my application in writing and return the same to me. Please advise me what to do.
