First date is decided 22 july.Can i sent letter to court to sent me the content of petition by petitioner so that i will go to court directly with the reply of the said petition on next date.Because it will be wastage of time to go there to collect the content of petition.

The court will not accept any letter entertaining you like the way you want.You may need to collect the copies of the petition from the court. If you are too busy and think that going to the court would spoil your invaluable time, then engage an advocate who can collect the copy of the petition and fight the case for you.
