Can I get a copy of the petition and assignment deed ,in a case disposed off by Bombay High Court in the year
1959,The matter was liduidation of a private company which was auctioned by the liquidator appointed by the HC and later assigned ti another company by the liquidator/HC .
How should I proceed?I have only the date of the order passed and the name of thecompany under liquidation and the one claimd to have purchased it in the dpon auction.
