Petition u/s 482 crpc

I have been falsely accused in a rape case for marriage about which I already had fruitful discussions on this respected forum. Now honourable high court admitted my petition u/s 482 crpc and stayed all proceedings until further order. However honourable trial court is giving a date of hearing. Please enlighten me on the following: 1)Should I be appearing before honourable trial court inspite of the stay? What's its legality? 2)How much time will it take for final judgement by honourable high court? 3)Is the recent supreme court judgement that stay can't be extended beyond 6 months applicable in my case? If so what should I do? Thank you sirs.
