Dear Experts, I have attended the court before the jude twice and they have given petitioner’s evidence which I am not able toget clearly what the statement “petitioner’s evidence “means where respondent was continiously absent since five months where judge was on holiday at first three months and then he was present at fourth and fifth dates which were given to me and they have given a date on 30/04/2012 as petitioners evidence in that regard what benefit will be given to petitoner since respondent continously absent.Where i filed the petiton for the cause of conjugal rights

You need not worry about the respondent's presence in the court.  You have filed the petitione and it is your duty to lead your evidence.

The date is given for filing of evidence by the petitioner.
