I have understgood that the employer was not deducting PF one some silly and understandable ground.
He can befool his employee but not to EPFO/ESI . He is liable for action under bothe Acts.

EPF act is applicable to Every establishment employing 20 or more persons .
Every Employee drawing Basic +DA +RS upto 15000 have to compulsory contribute to EPF fund
company can make own policy for PF and ESI?
