Dear Sir / Madam,
We are getting a contact job of 40 days where in we need to depute max. 10 engineers to site for a shutdown monitoring job. Our client needs PF registeration to award this contract us. Our company is a training institute registered but we do not have any PF as our employees are limited, less than 10 and there is no permenant staff. Is there any provision to get a PF registeration for a small period of time (say 2 months to satisfy the contdition of our client ? Or is there any alternative way to get a waival for this requirement (PF registeration) of our client ?
