Can anybody make me understand or elaborate on the isuue "CONTRIBUTORY PROVIDENT FUND OR CONTRIBUTORY PF".
I want to know what is it.......
How does it differs from normal PF..........
If a Company deducts PF from Employees Salary on a monthly basis and does not submit it to the PF Authority as it is not showing when he is "logging in" the PF website. What remedies can be taken or can he sue the company..........
If yes then how and what are the procedures..................

the language is strange.
Anyway since you are advocate yorself and asked for query regardingPF evasion. It willbe better if you could read section 7 &8 of EPF&MP Act 1952.
