Sir,
This is sudheer. I worked as a admin officer for reputed company for 4 years .They have deducted PF amount every month Rs700. They did not issue any payslips. I have resigned recently. I tried to settle my account. But i surprised that they have deducted money for PF but they did not pay any amount to the PF office. I have only proof that attendance register xerox and salary statement soft copy. How can i go legally to put up case. What is the solution.Sir around Rs.50000 i should get.

sir,
have alloted PF no. to you or not, you have not stated in your question. If the company alloted PF No. to you you may take the notice to PF authorities of your concerned are with proofs what ever you have and also contact your past Employer regarding the same.

Write a letter to the local PF COmmissioner with copy of documents available with you, including salary - take a print out and meet the asst.commissioner/inspector concerned.
