Phone num on husband's name, harassing me using old records

You know that harassed.by.498a@gmail.com is a helpline and not my personal email ID. So is 8010850498. (So tomorrow if I am not able to answer the mails, you can take over and the name can be changed to Tajobs India. :-) )

Besides, I have maintained dignity. Show me one derogatory remark against my ex-wife or any of her family members by me during and past my fight. Also, where ever you see her name is not my doing, people have dug up and posted the same.

Yes, I am competent to talk about dignity. For one, I have written with my real name always, I would be too ashamed, if my son after 5 years reads something derogatory against his mother, or even if my current wife or in-law read some comments by me which are plain ugly.

Remember, despite scanning the world wide web, my ex-in-laws could never use even a single word written by me. That is the power of dignity and truth.

There is a diffirence between investigating and digging graves to unearth skeltons. In all religions and civil societies, even the dead bodies of enemies are treated with respect. :-)

So lets not be so paranoid and full of hatred. Lets remain humane and 'dignified' human beings.

We both know exactly our salts worth. Peace would be nicer defense to say let us bring it on board in reference to context as we both know exactly well the length and breadth of debates worth our salts we can carry on and on on this topic of sentiments and emotions in Indian Matrimonial Laws.

As far as anonymity is concerned, being intern you should probably know by now, it is the legal wordings which is remembered in things associated in Law for posterity not the name of the ld. Judge who said it and people while talking about legal wordings in public remember what was said by words / phrases and not by whom as in law everyone is refereed to as ld. brother and ld. sister and not by their name even before public Bench J J J  

Unfortunately I even never hated anyone till date in internet which is unfortunate internet humane persona hence question of scanning world wide web is best left to bounty seekers J

I had put a email to the above helpline to send me a sample format on filing  purshis but received no response. By reading a post on how to file a  purshis by Tajobs i did so by trial and error method I posted a sample format on this foroum . A third person reading the post in the absence of his advocate used the purshis and got his visitation order for his child that too u/s 21 of the DV act where in almost for a  year  and a half he was fighting for visitation and as well got his  pre jury application  accepted  .

Of what use is a help line with no response from it .

 It requires a lot of courage and uprightness to say these simple truths said by you.  I highly appreciate your attitude and way of thinking and earnestly wish (not only wish but also believe) that you succeed in your every endeavour, despite my strong belief that in India Section 498-A is not misutilised (with a few exceptions) but under utilised.

@ My learned friend chandu  you talk about 498 A being misutilised are these your words . I have been following your replies and every where see you instigating querist to file 498 a and DV and drag in respondent of the family  and than say it is difficult to prove domestic violence inside the 4 walls of a bedroom .

I don't understand that why people suggest to file 498a (which is a criminal case) on small issues and most of the time, complete family is being drag into courts.

If a matter can be solved with a small discussion or through a police complaint or such a fear then why a need of filing 498a or DV?

When one person is doing wrong and his misdeed can be easily handelled by other means then what is thee need of suggesting people to run around court for years.

Her husband is doing silly/dirty things then punish him accordinly using police fear or some other means.

498a is not meant for stupid frauds that is being done in separation. It came into existance to safegaurd girls (when girl is in matrimonial home) for dowry harrasement/deaths.

Pahle aadmi ko bimaar hone ki goli do aur firr uska ilaaz karo??

Bhains-ki-ankh kya macha rakha hai??

@ 498 A the gimmick lies in this .

People who advertise their phone nos ,emails ids and post woman sympathic replies are nourishing their business and are seeking clients by luring them in this manner  and advertise Supreme coats r/w high coats as though the queen of england had honoured them as they do so for the knights who were brave and valient and had passed the test of proving them selves on the field  .  If you notice the replies lure's  the person into a trance and they start experiencing or visualising sucess even before the case hs started .........what i would call  is another way of  hypnothising the client and seeing their dreams  . By the time the case starts these rosy dreams vanish away as the case goes on for 5-7 yrs and these clients begin seeing reality rather than heaven as anticipated and start repenting for the rest of their lives  . And when called for at evidence stage go into coma as they are unable to prove their claims .

The ones who dont advertise are the ones who are gaining clients by the sucess rate they have achieved in winning their cases on merits unlike filing false cases to tame the opposite party and seeking gender biased laws to prove their worth when they are unable to prove their worth based on true facts of the case.Thats the reason you see many a women coming to this forum seeking advise my lawyer told me to put a false charge of dowry  or my father told me to put a false charge of dowry now how do i get out of this please reply i cannot go against my father but i now wantto reconcile with my husband ...please reply ...XXX..  .As for the genuine ones  Its by word of mouth that spreads on their sucess that clients walk into them without an advertising.

It seems that I have reached on forums little earlier and looking such remarks by lawyers make me worried.

My wife is sensible (I think so :-(   ) and will not file any case but if she happen to meet someone like adv. chandoo then she will certainly spoil her life as well as mine (as being a girl she is highly egoist and little dumb as well ;-)).

Just to make extra money, such lawyers are spoiling families.

I personally carry very high meaning of marriage as an instituton and feel that advocates themselves should make extra efforts to save marrriage by councelling rather than suggesting to file DV or 498a.

Have you ever given a thought that what direction such cases can (not always)  take when lawyers suggests women to put wrong allegations in 498a to get easy divorce or allimony.

If I find my lawyer doing so I will kick her a*s publicly.

Time is  not far when 498a women/families (whether true cases or fase one) will be publicly kicked and socially refrained.

Having said that :-) I should go out and breathe a little and get chilled ;-)
