Now What Builder did, he present someone elese for the registration of the property from both side(buyers and sellers).
Now my query is.,
1. is that legally possible.
2. can builder do that.
3. what buyer can do instead of correction deed.

1.Legally not possible.
2.Builder did that in shadow ways(may be intent/unintent)
3.Make correction ASAP,with the help of local lawyer.
