In papnipat, A residential flat purchase by Mr. A and mortgage it to the bank. After the 10 years buyers comes to know that.
Now What Builder did, he present someone elese for the registration of the property from both side(buyers and sellers).
Now my query is.,
1. is that legally possible.
2. can builder do that.
3. what buyer can do instead of correction deed.

This is a fraud and should be reported to the police.   Only a competent local advocate can provide guidance to you, as your title is not affected as you are in possession and mutation is in your name.  It may be the Bank that was cheated and it can not enforce a fraudulent document against you.  Your advocate may guide you as to how to inform the facts to Bank before the issues become complicated.  Nip it in the bud.

The builder has entered into a fraudulent activity.

This is not legally valid and it may create further legal complications, hence you may better be careful and keep away form such transactions or else you may have to lose a heavy amount on this.
