handwritten diary can be accepted as an evidence only if there is no other evidence to prove..... or if it is required to prove special circumstances but otherwise not........... copy cannot be accepted as its a secondary evidence.....if there is any reasonable cause like orignal diary cannot be produced that too in special cases...... only then its at discretion of court to accept the copy or not...... generally copy cannot be accepted.....
