Photographs of currency notes in case of recovery

I have a query regarding a case of house robbery. Some cash was recovered from Accused and was released to the Victim on Superdari by the court order. Later, victim filed an application to use the cash, which was approved by the concerned MM through a court order. In the order, it was stated:

The applicant is permitted to use the aforesaid amount as per his own wish subject to the furnishing of photographs of all the currency notes. All the photographs will be signed by the applicant, IO. The said IO is directed to file the said photographs along with the charge sheet.

Now looking at the above order, please suggest about the photographs of the currency notes. Does it mean:

  1. To keep all the currency notes on a table in a lot / wand and take photographs from different angles;

  2. To spread all the currency notes on a table so that the currency note number is visible of each note and several photographs are taken; or

  3. To take photocopy of each currency note (say 4 notes on 1 page)?

Please note that the list of currency notes numbers were submitted to the respective court at the time of release of money on Superdari.
