I had a friendship with one who was married and seperated from ealier husnband but not divorced ( i was not aware till I had physical relation). After close friedship she was liking me a lot and asked for marrying her to which i said no since i was unmarried and she was married. Later she asked for physical relation without any commitement and later she started blackmailing me for marriage. She got two times aborted. She forcefully entered in my house and when my family asked her to back she thretened them by taking thyroid tablets. after medication we sent to her home and informed to her parents. In company she forced me to resign my job if i am not prepared to marry her to which i accpeted and agreed to resign but later HR investgated this abrust resignation offer and found her guilty of forceful resignation and she asked to leave the company with 60days.
After six months she is still not divorced and i found her roaming with another male and she went to Shiridi for 3 days without informting her parents. She stays in seperate house. After which i can't trust her and don't want to marry her at any circumstance.
Recently when she came to know that i am getting married she again started calling me and wen't to womens helpline sent a letter to me and asking for marriage. She is very adament in nature i can't spend life with her.
Could you please help me on What legal action she can take on me and what should i do in best of my and my family interest.
