As an citizen of india, can anyone have right to file a suit to cancel a approved layout plan of a pvt housing co-op society, need to know if the below points are enough to cancel a layout
a) if in the approved layout plan, total area plotted (in sq. yards ) exceeds than it actual should be?
ex: as per approved layout plan total land area is 4000 sq. yards, plotted area for 10 plots is 2000 sq. yards. but if plotted area exceeds say 2500 sq. yards,
b) commericial activities done in residential area like school or college
c) no water tank exist as specified in the layout plan
