does anyone know any recent updates with the selection of info commissino officer in the state of tamilnadu. as my understanding, it is still vacant, causing huge second RTI appeal piled up..
can anything be done on this..can a PIL be filed for this.
is it true that a PIL cannot be filed by an individual and it has to be done only through a organziation..
