ok.

age diffrence is not a greate factor, but when it focused, it seems a great blunder.

even unability to do s*x is not a great factor, untill it is made.

it is my observation seeing so many couples.

in reality, the factor is, - mutual trust and acceptence between the spouses; if it is there it is a marriage, otherwise no.

therefore i believe that personal liberty on the continuation of marriage is must and it should be recogonized by law. today's law do not recogonize it. therefore so many 498a, dv, dowery case etc,is there. 90% of these are false, but indian law do not able to recogonize it. we are bearing falsehood in the name of truth.

i feel that personality crash is the main cause of so many divorce, dowery, dv, 498a etc. personality crash diverted into these direction. and one zender getting advantage over the other.

1. Sir in my opinion "fault" and "no fault" theory if applied to Indian context will remove all the gender biased evils and is much safer option which even Law Commission thought about once, than venturing into "personal liberty" which is a subject too vast to be put into a "codified" manner in Indian contect when we donot have a "common personal law" in hand to deal with multiple sectarian rights and rituals for six major religious beliefs who somehow end up in matrimonial turfs at bar one or the other day and more such clashes are bound to be heard of in the days to come !.
2. "No fault" divorce theory like practiced in Western Jurisprudence should be the norm here too in India to "save everyone" and it is quicker and less draining to hon'ble judiciary too at the end.
3. Since we are deviating into "off topic now" if you like to express further on this "root cause" let us come on PM mode and save this lady further apathy of overwhelmed responses whereas her small question goes into a sixer with some over research by ld. friends in times of her present "needs".
Said so with higest regards Sir and I do admire reading all your replies here and have learnt a lot from yoru valuable posts.
Rgds
