Planning to send a notice for divorce

I got married my wife in the year 2006. I have two 2 kids (7 yrs old). From the day beginning the problems are started. i adjusted how much i can. But she is with me because of the my property and my salary and there is no any other affection. I told many time to her and her parents to take her to thier home and we will discussion further on current problem. But she is not vacating my own home worth of 80 lac and i vacated from my house and staying in a separate room for the past two months. So How do i safe my house without making more complex?.

Go back to the house of 80lac. Serve notice while residing together. She will move out.

She is your wife, mother of your two children.You cant tell her to vacate house and don't invite troubles doing so!Why should she go and where will she go? If you have any dispute try to settle with the help of elders of both the family.

Supreme court says wife need not get evicted her automatically even after divorce if terms and condition was not so !

I am in a position to loose my job now and already i had plan of doing natural farming and i bought 2 acre out of 48 acres (we 10 friends) bought total of 48 acre).

Last Sunday, I called my wife with the help of their parents and relatives to come to farm house and live there. But she denied to come there and she wants to stay in my house with kids. But I don't know how she can stay, when there is a monthly EMI of Rs 35,000 PM, if i loose my job. I think Bank will vacate her.
