Dear all,
As I posted earlier , My wife has filed me false 498a,507 so she has done big cheating with me.
Since we did marriage in Aryasamaj last year with out any presence(Gawaah) .
After two months she sent me jail so case is now going on, so please what steps I shoud take to fight with her,
since she dont have any proof for 498a , so how should i proceed with case, judge has asked her to apper in the court next date so what should i need to do what precation should required by me.
what would be the final is there any penality in rupess for me in this case or only jail is the option for me?If she win the case?
