Please advise....mr. shonee kapoor

I had filed for a divorce from my wife 11 months back. Owing to regular fights and ugly scenes at home, my parents' health started deteriorating. My mother suffers from high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, arthritis. My dad also has health ailments. 7 months back, my mother who owns the house we live in, filed acse against me and my wife to expel both of us. Kindly advise, if my mother asks me to leave the house, and i agree, then can my wife still continue to live in my mother's house. She has already taken a whole floor and locks it according to her convenience. I am the primary respondent in the case filed by my mother. I would request Mr. Shonee kapoor to advise please.  My wife had an extra marital affair since 14 years now.

If she is already staying in the house, getting her out is difficult.

However, there are two three Delhi HC judgements to support you, if the case is in Delhi, but that too took couple of years to get the lady out of the house.
