Respected Sir,

i am durgaprasad. i had a doubt regarding property of my grand fathers....

my grand mother and grand father had 4 boys and 2 girls as their children.. every one had got married years ago. among the 4 boys my dad is elder one. my grand father had some house that had come from his fore fathers and my grand mother had bought a site on his name. now my question is, does this whole property had to be share to every one?? or to be shared to 4 boys and my grand parents or else?? and what are the rights my grand parents had ??more over i am one only grand son in the family and rest are grand daughters. do i have any right on the property. what are the possibilities.... please explain...

If property is ancestral then your right in this property and if this is self acquire property at that time only whose person right who is legal heirs of this person.
