Hey Hello All,
I am currently doing my Btech. I am not really familiar with the terms of law. My father retired last month. He filed a dispute with company that his service has been terminated before 5 years.

My Lawyer was too busy explain what actually happened. Can someone please tell me what happened with the case??

The writ petition appears to have been dismissed on 5 August 2014 by the High Court, but the order dated 5 August 2014 is still not available online on the website. Contact your advocate for copy of the order.
