Please given ur opinion and suggestion

hello every one,can one half  floor of the building be bought, the owner of the building is single, the building has four floors, with two shutters on each floor, can one shutter  of the floor be bought, what are the legal issues to be seen, plz give the advice, the building is not apartment, its a commercial building with single owner
