RESPECTED QUERIST,

you can submit your rent to the sub divisonal collector if landlord is not accepting the rent.

In which account shall i pay it ?? Do i need to file a case for that ??

Its a old property hence i dont know any details like the plot /shop no. in records.

What if its been registered & they might trap into a court case.Is there any possibilty of them to slip me into a unlawful action ??
